Hey everyone…just a quick word. Been having some trouble with cramping in my right quad. I discovered today that I’ve been pedaling more on my tippy toes on my right side: rather than having the pedal spindle centered below the ball of my foot. I was able to move the cleat back 1/4″ on my right shoe. Hopefully this will take care of the problem. Oh those pesky bio-mechanical issues!
