Dee-lightfully hard ride today: 13 out 26 miles of intervals. Good to suck clean oxygen [and a few bugs] under a blue northern Minnesota sky. The reason for today’s intensity was that yesterday’s ride was preempted by a nasty electrical storm. Though I think I’m insulated by my tires, it’s not by much. Both eating and becoming fried food are just not healthy.

Twenty-three days to go before the 110 mile Tour de Pink.

Official fundraising is $235.20, but I have $205 in checks to send in tomorrow. The UNOFFICIAL tally is $440.20.

As of today total training comes to 668.5 miles. [my bike has a growing aire of familiarity about it…]

This weekend I have a 56 mile endurance ride with 2 more 15-20 mile maintenance rides.

Grace & Courage, friends…pastor greg
